You're also one of those who really don't mind spending an hour extra on something cool, so if that'd become more of a culture in our company - i.e. in the sense of reducing work load every now and then to facilitate RnD, or just by removing bureaucratic obstacles - I'm sure you'd be just as happy as I'd be.
