Last time I checked Pete Deemer of goodagile runs a course on a monthly basis.

For me it took place at the Meridien Hotel on Sankey road. The two day course covers everything beginning at the basics and continuing into topics like distributed Scrum teams or Scrum in fixed price contracts. Overall it will give you a very good basis to pass the online exam that certifies you as ScrumMaster.
